With time honored methods and materials, Oklahoma artist Keelyn Hamel,
of Native American descent, has created these appealing leather fetish using
Elk
and Deer hide, some embellished with hand applied glass beading
and feathers and
each filled with items of special interest. Certain meanings and strengths are
attributed to these fetish,
which makes them an inspiration for all to appreciate.
